- Dates of check-in and check-out.
- A four night minimum is required for each reservation.
- A security deposit of $250USD is required for each reservation
 - A deposit of a minimum 50% of the rental is required to secure a reservation. Tentative reservations will only be held for 1 business day until a deposit can be made to secure the reservation.
- The balance, plus security deposit, is due 30 days before arrival.
- Payment in full is required to make reservation less than 30 days before arrival.
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival date are entitled to a refund minus the rate of 1 night's stay.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival are entitled to NO refund.
